1/17/2008 Low Down Dirty Shame4/2003
Ain't it a shame? When hate, jealousy and envy dictate your motives
Life lessons should have taught you that it's all poison
Ever since the slave ship's we've sold one another out
For financial stability literally to easy to dirt and not live biblically
Aint' it a shame? When you're to proud to accept your own faults
You walk in the dead zone trying to shake off the chalk
Backstabbin, finger pointin then you smile in thier face
You steady grabbin, heavy crabbin a disgrace to the human race
Ain't it a shame? When you're throwing stones and your house is glass
Spreading your wickedness like a rash
In God's eyes we all were created equal
But yet the love of the money, the root of the evils
I love my peoples do or die, but I wonder why we're afraid to let each other fly
Ain't it a shame? As the world turns the cycle continues to repeat
Having those whom has learn no need for rivals the issues should cease
Truthfully, In life we're only promised one thing
And that's to live and die and that's all plain
But be not discouraged just attempt to win the game
And that's hard enough so why live in such a negative way
Which leaves me questioning AIN'T IT A SHAME?
